"Poppies after the Rain"

It was one of those love at first sight moments. My eyes couldn't get enough of their bold red petals and fuzzy green foliage. My heart swooned and I had to have them! I don't think I was breathing as I captured my photos of them drenched in glistening raindrops and the glow of soft golden hour sunlight. A magical meant-to-be gift from above.
